As it shifted to a hybrid work model, a top global software company sought new ways to help employees connect, to stimulate the kinds of collaborative work that drives innovation. Seeing Modo’s MyCircle capability drew them to the platform. In it they saw a way to evolve the traditional ‘employee profile’ from a passive listing to a dynamic resource.
Those who opt in to MyCircle are able to see and sync with colleagues’ schedules directly from the company’s app, so they can come into the office together, book a neighborhood space for a team, and make the best use of their in-office days. Other opt-in profile features enable people to identify with and participate in interest groups, gamification and social sharing, which is helping to build community in a new way across a hybrid environment.
