A multi-national bank and financial services company is extending its Modo-powered app to deliver a personalized, concierge-like experience to help employees ease into new workplace practices and technologies.  

Using Modo’s low-code approach and native API integrations, they set up role-based personas in their app which each access the same smart building data but present it differently for employees, facility managers, and ‘floor ambassadors’ who assist people with the in-office experience.

Facilities managers get a dashboard that displays individual reads on air quality, humidity, occupancy and other data, while employees see an aggregated ‘comfort score’ and tools to adjust lighting or temperature. A separate persona and corresponding UI for floor ambassadors enables them to physically welcome employees and make space reservations, adjust comfort controls and/or complete other functions on behalf of those who may need assistance.
