Position Description

As the Sr. Manager, Product Marketing you will be responsible for the go-to-market strategy for Modo’s B2B Workplace solution including positioning and messaging, competitive differentiation, launch strategy, plan and deliverables, P&L, sales enablement, marketing program planning, and industry evangelism.

Responsibilities

  • 4+ years of Enterprise B2B sales experience; finding new opportunities to upsell and share service to solve customer pain points.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills. Effectively delivers content both written and verbally meeting the needs of the audience.
  • Solution-oriented. Constantly looking for creative and innovative ways to solve problems.
  • Collaborative. Ability to work collaboratively across functions and synthesize multiple points of view into a streamlined action plan.
  • Trusted Advisor. You must be relationship-driven.
  • Organized. Able to prioritize and balance multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Winning attitude. You are naturally competitive and driven to exceed your quota.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B software product marketing in the enterprise industry.
  • Experience with product strategy, messaging and launches.
  • Domain knowledge in enterprise digital experience, SaaS/PaaS, and app building platforms.
  • Proven experience analyzing competition, pricing, and industry trends and developing competitive messaging and positioning.
  • Track record of working with geographically dispersed, cross-functional teams.
  • Compelling storyteller and strong presenter with a strategic and analytical mindset who can engage and educate colleagues and customers.
  • Exceptional writing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate in a fast paced environment, balancing both strategic and tactical responsibilities.
  • Adept at influencing peers and managers to build consensus.
  • Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
