  • Partner Relationship Manager

    Critical Functions:
    • Enable partner success through deal support, relationship management, and analytical insights to optimize the value of Modo Labs product.
    • Collaborate closely with Modo sales teams to identify and close partner generated customer prospects, or bring in partners who can help close deals.
    • Recruit and engage strategic partners who can help build and expand the Modo brand and customer base.
    • Manage executive-level contacts with key partners, and lead QBRs with these partners.
    • Develop business plans with partners to drive customer growth and revenue.

    Key Qualifications

  • Enterprise Account Executive – Central US Region

    Modo Labs is looking for a top performing software sales representative with demonstrated experience selling software and technology solutions to the Enterprise market.

    Job responsibilities for this position include: prospecting, qualifying opportunities, delivering a compelling technology-rich value proposition, proposal creation, and closing deals within Enterprise accounts.  Success in this role will be defined by achieving quarterly and annual sales targets.

    • Achieve annual sales goals through the direct sale of mobile software solutions to prospects and customers in assigned territory
    • Identify high potential sales opportunities through aggressive prospecting and thorough qualification
    • Understand and articulate the Modo Labs value proposition to business and technology stakeholders within prospective client organizations
    • Lead contract negotiations, including pricing, product mix and terms
    • Communicate regularly with VP of Sales, providing accurate and timely sales forecasts, and maintaining accurate and timely records in Salesforce.com

  • Marketing Operations Manager

    Modo Labs, a venture-backed mobile software company based in Cambridge, MA, is looking for an energetic Marketing Operations Manager to join our growing Marketing team. As a key member of our team, you will develop, implement and spearhead marketing processes that strengthen our lead generation efforts.   Please include cover letter with your resume explaining your qualifications and fit for this position.

    • Serve as the company’s primary Marketo and Salesforce administrator and make these systems as comprehensive and effective as possible.
    • Oversee the Marketing technology stack and integrations with Marketo and Salesforce.
    • Build and implement processes, analytics and reporting for our sales funnel and marketing campaigns. Translate results into actionable strategies.
    • Monitor and optimize the lead scoring and qualification process to ensure that quality leads are being passed to sales.
    • Support all marketing programs, such as email nurture campaigns, customer newsletter, monthly webinars, blog subscriptions, events and others with content, best practices and A/B testing.
    • Work with the Sales team to ensure that processes that ensure the integrity of the funnel are being followed. Manage weekly lead review meetings.
    • Collaborate with other departments, including Service and Finance Teams, to ensure seamless transfer of contacts and data.
    • Create ad hoc reports, as required, for both the Marketing and Sales organizations.
    • Evaluate new tools and technology that will improve outcomes in email, lead flow and analytics.
    • Manage lists; ensure data integrity and effective campaign targeting.
    • Document best practices and processes.
    • Conduct training for all lead management programs.
    Qualifications & Experience
    • 3-5 years experience in marketing operations for a B2B organization.
    • Deep knowledge of Marketo and Salesforce (certifications are preferred).
    • Ability to integrate Marketo and Salesforce with third-party solutions.
    • Analytical thinker. Skilled at problem solving and extracting insights from analysis.
    • Experience creating custom reports and dashboards.
    • Demonstrated ability and motivation to try new things and lead change, with a drive for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Software Developer – Ruby on Rails

    Modo Labs empowers users through our Kurogo platform to allow creation of mobile apps for any event or activity within hours without any technical experience. Our Mobile Optimized Middleware platform allows our clients to seamlessly integrate any data source or content, and deliver it to any mobile website or native app in realtime for a beautiful, dynamic user experience that keeps users engaged and connected.

    Modo Labs is building new capabilities  to integrate with our existing Mobile Campus products. These capabilities are built primarily on Ruby on Rails using RESTful APIs and a service-oriented architecture, and we are looking for an experienced engineer to join the team that designs, builds, and maintains this architecture.


    We value design skills, programming ability, and teamwork. Being able to design applications from top to bottom, troubleshooting and debugging tough problems, and brainstorming new ideas are important to this role. You will be working primarily with Ruby, Javascript, HTML, and CSS, but our general approach is to choose the best language for the job. Most of our data is stored in PostgreSQL with some NoSQL storage when appropriate, and we use RabbitMQ and RESTful APIs for communication between our various services. We employ continuous integration for testing and deployment.
